For learning to work properly, it’s best not to mix adults and children in the same lesson: students sharing an instructor should have the same level and a similar age, and we do not give private lessons to adults with children under 10. If you want to ski together as a family, we recommend the family instructor.
In our experience, the ideal age to start skiing is from 4 or 5. Our kids’ courses are for children aged 4 to 12.
Both options work. For the youngest, shy children or beginners, we recommend private lessons: the instructor creates a relaxed, trusting environment. Once they have some level, the courses help them progress and have fun with other children. If you’re not sure, tell us about your child and we’ll advise you.
